Triad Credit Request Process
At Triad, we take pride in shipping premium-quality tropicals, each order undergoing multiple quality checks before it leaves our facility.
However, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise. When they do, we aim to offer the most efficient and transparent crediting process in the industry.
Here’s how to submit a credit request:

You’ll receive an email with a link to our Customer Feedback Form.

On that form:

Rate any problematic plants below 3 stars

Briefly explain the issue and tell us the credit amount you would like.

Upload clear photos of the affected plants

Submit the completed form
We aim to review and process all claims within 7 days of receiving the form.
Important:
All credit claims must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your plants. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for credit.
